Led by a Senior Management Team who both inspire and support, our staff provides outstanding pastoral care and excellence in teaching to our pupils. Helen WilkinsonHead |
| Helen Wilkinson, MA BA (Hons) PGCE FRSA, has a breadth of leadership, boarding and teaching experience gained both in the U.K. and overseas. In her most recent Headship, her school was made a finalist in the Independent School of the Year awards 2024. Formerly the Head Mistress of Brighton College Abu Dhabi (linked to the TES U.K. School of the Decade) and Co-Director of a top Swiss Boarding School, she has been dedicated to inspiring pupils to be the best they can be for over 30 years. Having worked as a Houseparent, Head of English and Headmistress of numerous 3-18 schools, Helen understands the benefits of a full boarding experience, and the joy that can be sparked through top quality teaching and learning at all ages. Helen is dedicated to ensure that all pupils are exposed to wealth of opportunities to enhance their development. |

Melanie LewisDeputy Head

Melanie Margeaux Lewis is an ISI School Inspector, Lead Practitioner in Maths, and has been teaching for over 15 years. Her teaching experience includes both state and independent sector schools, including age ranges from 2 to 18 years. Melanie has an MBA for Senior Leaders in Education and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a key focus on Organisational and Industrial Psychology. It was the maths tutoring experience while pursuing this degree that confirmed her love for teaching and especially the teaching of maths. This led her to complete a maths conversion degree at university prior to starting her teacher training in maths and Economics. Melanie is passionate about creating education systems that prepare pupils for the ever-changing world. She believes that everyone is a humanitarian with the responsibility for making the world a better place, regardless of where life leads them. She is inspired by knowing her pupils may one day become humanitarians who will make valuable contributions to the world and workforces of the future. |
